As the team's Senior Social Media & Community Manager at Monks, I led the development and execution of innovative social media strategies and community engagement initiatives for Cadillac, Cadillac V-Series, GMC, and Buick.

Overseeing a talented team of six—including community and content managers—I ensured the seamless execution of campaigns and daily operations across multiple platforms. I drove brand growth and audience connection by spearheading hands-on content creation, including capturing original video and photography of vehicles, producing assets on location at onsite events, and leveraging AI to craft seasonal and holiday imagery such as a spooky Halloween vehicle with glowing headlights that brought a fresh, imaginative edge to our channels.

I also designed engaging race-day assets, including custom YouTube banners, and provided live digital community management during marquee racing events, working shifts as long as eight hours for races like the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship 8 hours of Bahrain to keep fans connected in real time.

By establishing streamlined workflows, setting strategic priorities, leveraging performance analytics, and implementing best practices, I consistently delivered high-quality results. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overarching brand goals, ensuring a cohesive and impactful digital presence.
